For some reason mosaics have been really catching my eye on Etsy lately. I was really interested when I saw Kirstie Allsopp on her show 'Handmade Home' being taught how to make a table top by Emma Biggs. I would love to give it a go.
There is such a lot of talent on Etsy too, here are some of my favourites:
This beautiful vase is by Sigmosaics from Portugal - as usual its the mother of pearl that caught my eye! Such a Magpie!
Very pretty shimmery shell tray by MTGlass.
This really individual personalised house number is by peartreeri. I really love this - it would be such a great house warming present.
Finally, something a bit smaller by CrookedMoonMosaics - a fabulous belt buckle. I love that it mixes beads with regular mosaic pieces. Her shop is a feast for the eyes - it's definitely worth a browse.
